HEY, I'M RHIANNON!

A professional dancer, fitness model, content creator, personal trainer, and founder of ‘Daily Bailey’.

Training as a dancer taught me many valuable lessons in life: discipline, dedication, and determination. Experiencing two back operations during training, this tested both my mental and physical strength which was already being tested through the hugely competitive industry I was stepping into. But you know what, I am thankful for those struggles. They have made me even more resilient and stronger than I was before. 

 

Some credits include dancer in music videos for Elton John and Dodie, West End workshops, staring in an ITV2 production ‘Bromans’, and interviewed on ‘Good Morning Britain’ and with Roman Kemp.

 

After my second back operation, I used more gym focused training to help build my strength back up to being dance-fit again. This is when I started my fitness journey on my personal Instagram page which over has grown to over 20,000 followers inspiring others to keep fit and active. 

 

Since signing with a top London sports agency, W Model Management, I have modelled for sports brands such as Puma, Adidas, Reebok, JD Sports, and New Balance. I am currently an ambassador for Under Armour and The Protein Works. 

 

I have used my dance training alongside my passion for fitness to start up Daily Bailey; an online fitness platform to help inspire others to be a healthier, happier you. I am excited to continue to build this community into a well-rounded wellness platform focusing on fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.
