PRUNE AND ALMOND ENERGY BITES ENERGY BITES

Ingredients

  • 150g Dried Prunes

  • 3tbsp Crunchy Nut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed & Flax Seed Mix

  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate

  • 1/2 Cup Flaked Almonds

  • 1/2 Bowl Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Method

  1. Soak the dried prunes in hot water for 10 mins, and then drain afterwards.

  2. In a bowl or mixer, add all the energy bite ingredients together and stir or mix well.

  3. Roll the mixture into bite size balls to make around 15 balls.

  4. Leave in the fridge to set for 15 mins.

  5. Taa Daa! X
