Serves: 2 giant cookies!

  • 1 over-ripe banana

  • 1 scoop oats

  • 1 scoop protein

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • splash almond milk

  • splash water

  • 4 cubes dark chocolate


  1. Mash up the banana in a bowl with a fork.

  2. Add all the ingredients using the protein scoop as your measuring utensil. Easy.

  3. Add the liquid as needed to ensure the mixture is a cookie consistency - not too doughy, not too watery.

  4. Cover baking tray with greaseproof baking paper. Spread over a thin layer of butter over the baking paper to ensure cookie mixture does not stick. 

  5. Pour the mixture into your two giant circular shaped cookies.

  6. Put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes - or to your cookie preference!

  7. Take the cookies out of the oven, and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.

  8. I hope your eyes are as a big as your belly! YUM.
